Individual Counseling

Life can seem overwhelming at times, leaving you feeling less than whole.  If you are experiencing anxiety, I can help with skills to reduce stress. If you feel hopeless or depressed, I can help you find meaning and purpose in your life. If you are struggling with grief or loss, I will work with you to find what pulls you from that dark place. If you struggling to move forward because past experiences are holding you back, my job is not to eliminate your painful experiences, but to release the control that pain has over you, and give you back your life.

During individual counseling, we will meet one-on-one in a supportive, collaborative,  and confidential environment where you can clarify and deepen your understanding of the issues that are concerning you. I am trained in treatment modalities designed to help you find peace and restore balance to your life.
